Do you decorate?
We do provide complete decorating services, which come at an additional cost that varies based on the size of your wedding and the specific decorating requirements. With our monthly coordination package, we manage the decorating and assist as much as time permits.
Do you cater?
Brooks Harvest does not provide catering services and cannot be held liable for food or service.
Do we need bartenders?
Yes, you would need to provide your own licensed bartenders. Brooks Harvest is not licensed to serve alcohol.
How long are you there the Day-Of?
Our contracts (as of July 2025) are based on a ten (10) hour day.
Do you provide clean-up?
This can be included and is contingent upon the time your reception concludes and our arrival at the venue.

Are your flowers real or faux?
Brooks Harvest can provide real, faux, dried and wood flowers for your wedding.
Do you install wedding flowers?
Brooks Harvest offers installation services, but need to be discussed at the time of the initial request. We cannot provide flower installation if we are also serving as the coordinators your wedding, as both services require time that could detract from the other service you paid for.
Do we have to pay the full Coordination amount up front?
We require a $100 retainer to hold your wedding date. After that you may make payments if you wish.
Do we have to pay for al of the flowers at once?
We require a retainer to hold your date, after that you may make payments. The balance will be due thirty (30) days before your wedding date.
