Wedding Coordination and Planning
Hello! I'm Wendy Stacy, a Certified Wedding Coordinator and Planner. Your special day is incredibly important to me, and I'm here to ensure it is as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.
Weddings
Day-of Coordinator $550.00* plus taxes
As your Day-Of Coordinator we will make sure that you enjoy your big day and have no worries.
We will handle:
Vendor setup and management
Help with any decorating and making sure that everything looks beautiful for you. Clean-Up help is available depending on reception end time.
Timeline - making sure Vendors are setup, Wedding party is ready, DJ-Band-Music is playing, everyone is walking down the aisle at the correct time, Reception speeches, walks, dances. all of it.
We cover and take care of everything so that the Bride, the Parents and/or Family doesn't have to. Weddings are a big day and everyone should be able to participate and enjoy themselves.
This plan is typically for a guest count under 100-125. For a larger wedding please send us a message, the price will depend on what is needed and how many Coordinators will be needed.
* There may be a charge for travel outside of 40 miles, please message us with your location and we will let you know. Guest count of less than 125.
Wedding Planning
We do offer other Wedding Planning packages, starting at 1 month out to 12 months out. Everyone's needs are different so please message us for more information on these services.
